J'ai commencé à écrire un recueil de dévotions intitulé "De rouge et de sang", dédié à Höder, que j'écrirai durant tout l'hiver et jusqu'au début du printemps. J'aimerais pouvoir illustrer ce recueil, mais mes propres illustrations sont médiocres à mes yeux.

Ce recueil de dévotion sera auto-publié par le biais de TheBookEdition, et je ne ferais strictement aucun bénéfices dessus, soyez-en assurés ! Le recueil sera vendu au prix d'impression.
Je ne veux pas me faire de l'argent à partir d'une œuvre écrite en cadeau pour mon Père, et encore moins en sachant que des gens auront gentiment donné de leur temps pour réalisé des illustrations pour aller avec ce recueil !

Si vous avez le temps et l'envie de réondre à cet appel à dessin (je vous en remercie au nom d'Höder), voilà ce que je recherche :
- une illustration couleur pour la couverture
- plusieurs illustrations en noir et blanc pour l'intérieur du recueil

Pour vous remercier d'avoir pris ce temps, je peux vous proposer de faire pour vous un tirage de tarot/oracle/runes à la remise du dessin si vous le désirez.
Malheureusement, je n'ai pas la possibilité d'offrir gratuitement de recueil aux gens qui y auront participé, parce que je ne suis pas assez riche pour cela, et je m'en excuse vraiment.

Höder est un dieu aveugle, un dieu guerrier.
Voilà quelques informations que j'ai pu avoir au cours de mes expériences avec lui : ses couleurs principales sont le rouge (le rouge est très fort chez lui : la cape écarlate, le sang), le noir et le blanc. C'est un dieu guerrier, un dieu des ténèbres et de l'hiver. Mais ce n'est pas pour cela qu'il faudrait penser qu'il est dur et implacable : j'ai au contraire rencontré avec lui un père aimant, très doux, très tendre, silencieux, certes, mais toujours capable de montrer son affection.
Höder est un dieu profondément humain. Il est un dieu imparfait, cela se sent encore plus quand on sait qu'il est le frère jumeau de Balder, le parfait, le bon. Cette imperfection et cet aveuglement qui l'ont conduit à un acte terrible, le meurtre de son propre frère, le rend très humble et très doux. Il sait qu'il n'est pas parfait. En sachant cela, il nous apprend que nous-même, nous pouvons commettre des actes terribles par aveuglement, mais qu'il faut nous pardonner à nous-même sans quoi nous ne pourrons jamais avancer.

Theme : Hödr

I began writing a devotional called "Of red and blood", devoted to Höder, that I shall write during all winter and till the beginning of the spring. I would like to illustrate this devotional, but my own illustrations are mediocre in my opinion.

This devotional will by auto-published through TheBookEdition (a service like Lulu.com, but it's french. If some non-french wants to buy the book (it will be in french !), I can publish it through Lulu.com too), and I will not make any money from this devotionnal ! It's a gift to my Father, and it will not be fair to do that. For my Father and for those who will draw something for Him !

If you have the time and the desire to answer this call (I thank you in the name of Höder), here is what I search:
- a colour illustration for the cover
- several illustrations in black and white for the inside of the devotionnal

To thank you for having taken time for Höder, I can offer you to make for you a tarot / oracle / runes service when you will give me the drawing. I'm not very fluent in english, but I hope it will be alright ! ^^
Unfortunately, I have no possibility of giving free copy of the devotionnal to people who will have participated in it, because I am not very rich, and I'm very sorry.

Hödr is a warrior and a blind god.
Here is some information which I could have in the course of my experiments with him : his main colours are the red (the red is very strong : the scarlet mantle, the blood), the black and the white. He is a varrior, a god of darkness and winter. But it is not for it that it would be necessary to think that he is hard and implacable: I contrariwise met with him a loving, very tender father, very loving, silent, certainly, but always able of showing his affection.
Höder is a very human god. He is an imperfect god, it feels even more when they know that he is the twin brother of Balder, the perfect, the good one. This imperfection and this blindness which drove him to a terrible act, the murder of his own brother, makes him very humble and very soft. He knows that he is not perfect. By knowing it, he teaches us that ourselves, we can make terrible acts by blindness, but it's necessary to excuse ourselves because without this pardon whom we shall never be able to advance.
